- Material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful or embarrassing to any other entity;
- Third party advertising;
- Chain letters or ‘spam’.
- We reserve the right to terminate involvement by users who post inappropriate content.
- For your safety, we strongly advise you to never include your personal details such as phone number, email, address or other personal information in any of the content you post to a Blog.

- You must ensure that all content posted to a Blog has been uploaded with the necessary permissions obtained, from the creators or contributors of the content. These permissions should consider these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Non-commercial use
You agree not to use a Blog for commercial purposes, either directly or indirectly, without obtaining our prior written consent.
Lifecycle of blogs
All blogs that that have been inactive for two or more years and have been published publicly, will have their publish status changed to be internal to King’s only.
Blogs that have been created as part of formative or summative assessment will be managed and retained according to King’s Records Retention Schedule.
Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee continuous availability of your Blog, nor can we ensure that any content you post will be backed up. It is your responsibility to retain your own backup copies where necessary.
If you are no longer a student or employee, we may immediately revoke your access to the Blog and remove any content you have posted.
Additionally, the content within the Chronicle platform is subject to change and may have been posted by staff, students, or affiliates acting in a personal capacity. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or the consequences of relying on this information. Any content published does not form the basis of any contract with users.
Furthermore, our website and Blogs may include links to external websites beyond our control. We accept no liability for the content or availability of these third-party sites.
